Care instructions
Our lounge furniture is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can be left in the garden all year round. We recommend covering the garden furniture with one of our covers in winter and when not in use for longer periods. These are available in our online shop. The elements must be completely dry before covering. In sub-zero temperatures, we recommend storing the elements and cushions indoors. If this is not done and there is still moisture in the foam, it can freeze and, in extreme cases, break. If your lounge is very wet after a long period of rain, it is advisable to shake out the cushions and set them up, briefly wipe the lounge elements and the body with a dry cloth and remove any residual water in the corners.
To maintain the longevity of your lounge, we recommend that you care for it as follows:
Sunbrella can be easily cleaned with soap and water. For heavier soiling, you can use one of our fabric-specific cleaners.
We also recommend that you use our fabric-specific care product at least twice a year after the first season. This cares for the fabric and at the same time provides long-term protection against dirt and mould. It also renews the UV protection, which prevents the fabric from discolouring and weathering.
